How To Enroll In Bill Pay

Are you looking for a simple way to have your bills paid on time? Bill Pay is a free service in digital banking* that allows you to quickly and securely pay your utilities, credit cards, and other bills as well as track your payments. You can schedule exactly when you need your payments sent. You can also choose whether to make a one-time or a recurring payment.

Why Use Bill Pay?

  • It’s secure and protects your payments with a protected username and password, which is opposite of traditional mail bill paying.
  • It’s convenient to where you can set up reminders to never miss a future payment!
  • Protect the environment! Go green with electronic payments without having to kill trees.
  • Bill Pay is also an easy way of going contactless . You will not have to deal without touching paper bill statements.

How to Access Bill Pay:

  1. Simply log to digital banking.
  2. Go to Transfer & Pay tab and select Bill Pay. Select the country you live in.
  3. Read and accept the terms and conditions.
  4. Submit the registration to start the application and review process.

Adding New Payees:

After receiving your confirmation, you can start setting up payees.

  1. Select Add New Payee in the top navigation.
  2. Enter the name of a business or individual and click or tap Add.
  3. You may enter your account number as it appears on your bill.
  4. Enter the billing address and hit Save.
  5. Now you’re ready to make payments!

Scheduling a Payment:

  1. On the main Bill Pay screen, select the Pay button to find your Payee.
  2. Enter the desired amount, frequency, date and payment type
  3. Select Review Payment to confirm your payment.
  4. Your payment will be received.

Scheduling Multiple Payments at Once:

  1. On the main Bill Pay screen, find your payees in the Payees section.
  2. Enter the desired payment amounts and dates. If you’re in mobile banking, make sure to select the down carat next to each payee to reveal the amount and date fields.
  3. Select Pay All to review and confirm your payments.
  4. Scheduled payments can be found in the Payments Calendar section.

Search for Scheduled Payments:

  1. On the main Bill Pay screen, locate the Payment Calendar search tool
  2. Select View All Payments to filter by status, payment amount, date range, and payee.
  3. In the payment search results, select the arrow on the right side of a payment to view more details, edit the payment, or delete it.

Manage Payees, Alerts, and eBills:

  1. On the main Bill Pay screen, select Manage. For mobile banking, you need to first select the 3 dot menu to access the Manage tab.
  2. Located under Manage are some key features:
    1. Payees: View current and hidden payees. Select the arrow on the right side of a payment to view and edit details or delete a payee.
    2. Alerts: Manage alerts regarding payees, eBills, payments and accounts.
    3. eBills: Use the search and filter options to find eBills by status, payment amount, date range, and payee.
