Board of Directors
The Board of Directors directs and controls the Credit Union in accordance with the federal or state Credit Union acts, bylaws, ethical business practices, and other rules and regulations.
Our Board consists of volunteers who are members of the Credit Union in good standing, and they serve a three-year term. Every member of the Credit Union is eligible to cast a vote for a candidate, and all members in good standing and with the appropriate education and experience are also eligible to serve on the Board.
We have 9 Volunteer Board Member positions and up to 3 Volunteer Associate Directors.
