Deleting Digital Banking Access

Before Deleting your Digital Banking profile…

  • You will no longer be able to login to digital banking from desktop and the mobile app.
  • You will no longer have access to e-statements and notices. You may convert to paper notices; however. a monthly fee will be assessed for paper statements and paper notices. See Fee Schedule.
  • Any items you have setup in digital banking will be disabled or deleted, such as but not limited to quick alerts, bill payments, external transfers, Zelle transfers, etc.

Disabling your digital banking access does not impact the status of your membership. This type of request is only used to delete your Digital Banking user profile.

 

How to Delete Digital Banking

  2. Support
  3. Secure Email and Knowledge Base
  4. New Message
  5. Subject: “Delete My Digital Banking Access”

Member services will process your request accordingly.
